Hi, I’m Linda Bayer!
I’m a conscious creator, a mother, a sister, an aunt, a friend, a coach, a lover of horses, and a fellow traveler on life’s journey with you.
Looking back on my life, the broken agreements, the failed marriages, the goals and dreams left unfilled, I can now see the structure that I was in that allowed this all to happen.
During the times in my life when I felt unhappy or dissatisfied, I took stock of the situation and with great determination, set out to fix the perceived problem. I thought that looking better, having more money, a better house, or perhaps more opportunities to travel would ‘fix me’ and life would finally be what I wanted it to be. But, after all of those attempts to fix my current life situation, I realized nothing had really changed.
By sheer luck or perhaps divine timing, my path crossed with some amazing people. I was introduced to Chris Duncan and the team at Conscious Education Company and here I began to understand the difference between the Problem Oriented Structure and the Creative Orientated Structure. I realized that I had been in what is called, a problem orientation. In this orientation, or structure, I was trying to get rid of all the feelings that felt bad. And I was trying to get rid of all the things I thought were wrong in my life. I was focused on the idea that I was broken and needed to be fixed. I believed that once I fixed myself, I could have a life I loved.
What I learned, was that this orientation just keeps repeating itself and that’s why no matter what I did, I still felt badly about myself and my life. In the Creative Structure, instead of focusing on what I wanted to get rid of, I focused on what I wanted to bring into my life. I focused on living a life I loved. I focused on taking action to create the things that brought me happiness.
I also learned powerful processes that helped me to let go of the resistance holding me back from creating, and deepened my ability to use intuition to know the next obvious step to take to move towards the experiences I wanted to create.
I am here to work with you to choose what you would love to experience, remove the resistance that shows up to having it, and use your intuition to know what the next obvious step is towards creating what it is you desire.
Once I shifted into this powerful new structure, my life bloomed magnificently. Now, I am a Magnetic Mind Certified Coach with Conscious Education Company. I teach people just like you how to shift to the Creative Structure, remove barriers and resistance holding you back, and how to use your intuition to guide you.
In 2018-2020,, I completed the Intuitive Healer Training Program and Advanced Intuitive Healer Training Program, with Wendy De Rosa and the School of Intuitive Studies. I was an assistant facilitator for the school in 2021.
I have studied and taken many courses with Eckart Tolle over the last ten years including a 6 month personal intensive.
I completed a year long Facilitator Training Program with International teacher and healer, Jeddah Mali, completed Distance Healing from the Core, with Suzanne Scurlock, and Ho’oponopono Advanced Training with Joe Vitale.
I have completed a BS Degree in Speech Communication and Interpersonal Development from Ithaca College, Ithaca NY, and a BS Degree in Interior Architecture from The University of North Carolina, Greensboro campus.
I am also a Certified Feng Shui Practitioner.
Most recently, I completed an Equine Assisted Learning Certification through Cartier Farms as well as The Masterson Method, ‘Light to the Core’ certification. I plan to combine my leadership and coaching with the magic of horses as another way to support people in living a life they love.
I have a love for learning and a love for this journey we call life. All of these teachings brought me back to the importance of embracing myself with love and acceptance and I support you in doing the same.
I am here to teach you to let go of the problem solving structure and to embrace the Creative Structure… I’ll be a mirror for you… I’ll reflect back to you your beauty, power, wisdom and grace as you step into choosing what you would love to create.
